Blue Prism (AIM: PRSM), a global leader in Robotic Process Automation today announces that Eric Verniaut has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer.
Eric is a veteran enterprise software executive, with 30 years' experience in the industry. Most recently, Eric has spent 8 years at SAP, where he was Chief Business Officer for EMEA, MEE and Greater China.
In his role as Chief Operating Officer Eric will take overall responsibility for go-to-market operations, including sales, field marketing, partner management, globalization, customer service and support. He will report into Alastair Bathgate, CEO.
PDMR Shareholding
Upon Eric's appointment Blue Prism has made the following Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") awards in respect of ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares").

The Performance Share award is made under the Group's 2019 LTIP and is subject to performance conditions and to a vesting period running until 31 January 2022 in the same manner as other awards made under that LTIP. Further details of the applicable performance conditions are provided in the Group's annual report for the year ended 31 October 2018.
The Restricted Share award is a one-time award made on appointment, and vesting of the award is subject only to continued employment by the Group. Half of the Ordinary Shares under the award are subject to a vesting period of one year, followed by a mandatory holding period of a further year. The other half of the Ordinary Shares under the award are subject to a vesting period of two years.
