P C T Warner, P W Collins, M J Stevens and R Moore, Directors of theCompany, were each awarded 438 Ordinary shares in the Company on 17 July 2006 asFree Shares under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP").Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP, will hold the Shares inTrust for a minimum period of five years following the date of the award. Theshares awarded represent less than 0.001 per cent. of the Company's issuedordinary share capital.
