The Company has been advised that the Directors listed below acquired Ordinary Shares in the Company at a purchase price of £1.06.8 per Ordinary Share through the iimia Investment Group Share Investment Plan which has been approved by the Inland Revenue. The shares were purchased by the Trustee on 7th July 2008 and allocated to SIP members on 16th July 2008.
