The Company was informed today that, on 31 December 2018, Richard Starr a director of the Company, sold 12,372 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 308 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased, into his ISA, the same number of 12,372 Ordinary Shares at a price of 308.4 pence per Ordinary Share to facilitate an ISA transfer.
