LiDCO (AIM: LID), the hemodynamic monitoring company, announces that on 29 March 2019, Mr Phil Cooper, Non-executive Director, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p nominal value ("Ordinary shares") at a price of 4.50p per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, Mr Cooper's total beneficial holding is 2,016,667 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.826% of the Company's issued share capital.
