Pivot Entertainment Group plc (AIM: PVT), the transatlantic media and entertainment company, was notified that on 25th January 2012, Jeremy Barbera, CEO of the Company, purchased a total of 25,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.2p per share. Prior to the transaction, Jeremy Barbera was interested in 9,301,615 ordinary shares. Following this purchase his total holding is now 9,326,615, representing 14.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
