Deltex Medical Group PLC25 January 2008 Deltex Medical Group plc Directors' Shareholdings 25 January 2008: Deltex Medical Group plc ("Deltex Medical" or the "Company"),the UK's leading haemodynamic monitoring company, announces that it has todayconditionally allotted a total of 413,746 new ordinary shares in the Company tocertain non-executive directors of the Company and a former director of theCompany at a price of 19.25 pence per share. The three non-executive directors named below and a former director have electedto take shares in lieu of a cash payment as remuneration for their services tothe Company. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.This allotment is conditional on the appropriate authorities being received atthe next general meeting of the Company. Following the issue of these newshares, subject to no changes, the Company will have a total of 92,901,653ordinary shares in issue.
