UBM plc Notification of transactions of directors UBM plc ("UBM") was notified on 17 March 2014 of the following dealing in itsordinary shares ("Shares") by Robert Gray, a director of UBM. Share plan awards - Deferred Bonus Plan Robert Gray invested £127,973 of his bonus entitlement for the year ended 31December 2013 to acquire an interest in 18,321 Shares under the Deferred BonusPlan on 6 March. The number of Shares was calculated by reference to a price of698.50 pence, being the average market value of Shares for the 3 trading daysprior to the award. Mr Gray will become entitled to receive the Shares after aperiod of 3 years, subject to continued employment with UBM. Total number of Share awards held Following the above notification, Robert Gray holds options and conditionalawards over 691,436 Shares (of which 76,616 are subject only to continuedemployment, and 614,820 are required to meet performance conditions).
