Goals announces that on 3 October 2012, a number of the Directors acquired Shares in the Company as part of the Share Placing announced on the 28 September 2012.

Graham Wilson acquired 52,173 Ordinary Shares at 115 pence per share. Following this transaction, Graham Wilson and persons connected to him are interested in 402,173 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.8 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.

Philip Burks acquired 43,478 Ordinary Shares at 115 pence per share. Following this transaction, Philip Burks and persons connected to him are interested in 133,478 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.3 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.

Sir Rodney Walker acquired 30,434 Ordinary Shares at 115 pence per share. Following this transaction, Sir Rodney Walker and persons connected to him are interested in 504,385 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.0 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.

Bill Gow acquired 13,045 Ordinary Shares at 115 pence per share. Following this transaction, Bill Gow and persons connected to him are interested in 1,423,145 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.8 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
