Conviviality Plc (AIM: CVR), the UK's leading independent wholesaler and distributor of alcohol and impulse serving consumers through its Franchised retail outlets and through hospitality and food service, announces that it received notification on 15 September 2016 that, on 13 September 2016, Jennifer Laing, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 11,401 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.1912 per share.
Following this transaction, Jennifer Laing is interested in 11,401 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's total voting rights.
