Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on the 20 January 2009 of the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares').
On 19 January 2009, Richard Ambler, Managing Director, purchased 81,149 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.5 pence per share. On 20 January 2009, Richard Ambler, purchased a further 85,752 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.1 pence per share. Both purchases were made through his personal SIPP.
Richard Ambler is now interested in 1,132,339 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.29 per cent of the issued share capital.
