The Company was notified on 1 December 2018 that on 30 November 2018 Nicholas Taylor, a non-executive director of Maintel, acquired 942 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company, representing 0.007 per cent of Maintel's issued share capital, at a price of 530p per share.
