For immediate release 1 June 2007 Panther Securities PLC ("Panther" or "the Company") Directors' shareholding
The Company has been notified that, on 31 May 2007, Simon Peters, executive director, bought 7,199 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 377 pence per share and earlier today bought 301 ordinary shares at 385 pence per share.
Following the above purchases Mr Peters is now beneficially interested in 70,000 ordinary shares equivalent to 0.41 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
