Burberry Group plc ("the Company") - Director / PDMR Shareholding

Following the vesting of awards granted under the Burberry Group plc Co-Investment Plan on 20 June 2010, the Company announces the following changes in the interests of persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in the Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares"):

·; On Tuesday, 20 July 2010, Pascal Perrier, a PDMR, received 74,946 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares").

Following these transactions Pascal Perrier holds 279,089 Shares and options and awards over 807,625 Shares.

The Company received notification of the above changes in Pascal Perrier's interest in Shares in the Company on 20 July 2010.
