Charles Taylor plc (the "Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding Vesting of Share Awards The Company announces that on 3 April 2014, the following PDMR's received nilcost performance share awards over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company("shares") under the Charles Taylor Long-Term Bonus Scheme 2010 to 2012.Following the awards, each recipient requested that the Trustee of the CharlesTaylor Employees' Share Ownership Plan ("the Trustee") sell sufficient sharesto cover their tax and NI liabilities and dealing costs and either requestedthat the Trustee sell the remainder on their behalf or transfer the balanceinto their name as indicated below:- PDMR: Number of shares Number of shares Number of shares vesting: sold: retained: Arthur 8,504 4,031 4,473Clarke Jeremy Grose 22,520 22,520 Nil The shares that were sold were sold at 251.5p per share.
