Real Good Food Company Plc (The)12 October 2005 12 October 2005 The Real Good Food Company Plc ("the Company") Director Shareholding The Company has been notified of the following share purchases by Directors ofthe Company: On 11 October 2005 Menton Investments Limited purchased 10,000 ordinary sharesof 2p each in the Company at 101p. Menton Investments Limited is now interestedin 1,805,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company, representingapproximately 2.6% of the issued share capital of the Company. MentonInvestments Limited is wholly owned by the Tulip Trust, a discretionary trust,of which Pieter Totte and certain members of his family are discretionarybeneficiaries. On 11 October 2005 James Campbell Mitchell purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of2p each in the Company at 103p. Mr Mitchell is now interested in 135,000ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company, representing approximately 0.2% ofthe issued share capital of the Company.
