Big Yellow Group PLC05 June 2007 Big Yellow Group plc Director's shareholding Big Yellow Group plc (the 'Company') announces that Adrian Lee, an executivedirector, yesterday acquired 185,000 shares through the exercise of options withan average exercise price of 54.6 pence per share. This increases his beneficialholding to 1,003,800 shares representing 1.05% of the issued share capital ofthe company. The Company also announces that Philip Burks, a non-executive director, todaysold 500,000 shares at 610.8 pence per share.
