DIRECTOR'S / PDMR's INTERESTS
The Company announces that a conditional award over 24,155 ordinary shares of 5486/91 US cents in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), granted to Mrs Cynthia Carroll upon her appointment as a director in 2007, vested on 25 March 2009.
9,904 Shares were sold at £11.93 each to settle the tax and national insurance liability and the balance were released. Consequently, Mrs Carroll's beneficial interest has increased by 14,251 Shares.
The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
