The Company announces that on 3rd December 2019, Stephen Bellamy, Non-Executive Director, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares at 399p per share, and on 4th December 2019, Mr Bellamy purchased 4,000 ordinary shares at 426p per share.
Mr Bellamy has a beneficial holding in the Company, following the notification of this transaction, of 5,000 ordinary shares.
