Exercise of option over 67,329 Ordinary shares granted on 2 December 2004 under the GlaxoSmithKline Share Option Plan at a price of £11.23 per share, and sale of 67,329 Ordinary shares at a price of £14.435 per share.
Exercise of option over 2,671 Ordinary shares granted on 2 December 2004 under the GlaxoSmithKline Share Option Plan at a price of £11.23 per share, and sale of 2,671 Ordinary shares at a price of £14.445 per share.
Exercise of option over 70,000 Ordinary shares, granted on 15 December 2003 under the GlaxoSmithKline Share Option Plan at a price of £12.70 per share, and sale of 70,000 Ordinary shares at a price of £14.441 per share.
