Director/PDMR Shareholding
Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC ("the Company"), a leading producer of diagnostic testing kits, has been informed today that the stepson of Paul Hailes, Finance Director, has sold 1,350 ordinary shares of 2p in the Company at a price of 677.15 pence.
The shares were held in Paul Hailes' name as his stepson was under the age of 16 at the time of the original share purchase.
Following this disposal Paul Hailes has a beneficial interest in 1,111,378 shares.
