NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING
On 7 July 2009, following the approval of The Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer by Shareholders at the General Meeting of the Company on 3 July 2009, the Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company listed below have purchased the following Ordinary shares of 0.04786 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 100 pence per share:
