Manpower Software PLC17 April 2007 MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company") SHARE PURCHASE Allen Swann, a senior advisor to the Company, purchased on 10 April 2007 100,000ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 63.7p pershare and on 11 April 2007 a further 300,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of63.25p per share.
