Directors' Shareholdings

On 23 March 2010 the Company received notification that, Rupert Soames, Angus Cockburn and Kash Pandya, Directors of Aggreko plc, had undertaken the following transactions in the ordinary share of Aggreko plc on that date.

Rupert Soames acquired a total of 103,963 ordinary shares under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan, comprising 77,971 ordinary shares under the 2007 PSP and 25,992 ordinary shares under the 2007 CIP, in each case for nil consideration. Subsequently, Mr. Soames sold 352,475 ordinary shares at 1177.3p per share and his wife purchased 312,963 shares at 1177.5p per share.

Following these transactions Mr Soames' interest in the Company has increased to 416,926 ordinary shares (0.15% of the ordinary share capital).

Angus Cockburn acquired a total of 52,190 ordinary shares under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan, comprising 36,534 ordinary shares under the 2007 PSP and 15,656 ordinary shares under the 2007 CIP, in each case for nil consideration. Following these transactions Mr Cockburn's interest in the Company has increased to 226,422 ordinary shares (0.08% of the ordinary share capital).

Kash Pandya acquired a total of 43,757 ordinary shares under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan, comprising 33,115 ordinary shares under the 2007 PSP and 10,642 ordinary shares under the 2007 CIP, in each case for nil consideration. Following these transactions Mr Pandya's interest in the Company has increased to 147,642 ordinary shares (0.05% of the ordinary share capital).
