Director Shareholding Announcement
The Company has today been informed that Ingrid Meredith, wife of Chris Meredith, Chief Executive Officer of AMS, has sold 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each at 90.5 pence per share. The company has also been informed that Chris Meredith bought 40,000 Ordinary Shares at 5 pence each at 90.5 pence per share.
As a result, Chris Meredith's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,088,383 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.7% of the existing issued Ordinary Share capital.
