ITM Power, the energy storage and clean fuel company, announces that on 28 October 2010, Dr Graham Cooley, Chief Executive Officer of ITM Power, acquired 13,636 Ordinary Shares in ITM Power at a price of 44p per share. Following this purchase, Dr. Cooley has an interest in 203,027 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
