Senior plc has been notified that on 25 April 2016, David Beavan, a PDMR, and his wife collectively sold 12,710 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 240.5 pence per share. They immediately acquired 12,550 Ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company, at an average price of 241.0 pence per share through Bed and ISA arrangements. Following these transactions, Mr and Mrs Beavan hold 113,724 shares in the Company.
