DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has today received notification that on 16 January 2009 Mr. D. J. Stewart, husband of Mrs. B. Stewart, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Shares') at a price of 115p per share.

Following this transaction Mrs. B. Stewart's and Mr. D.J. Stewart's beneficial holdings in the Company's shares are as follows:
