Notification of Directors' Interests

This notification is provided in accordance with paragraph 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company received notification today that:

Sir Nigel Rudd, Chairman, acquired 1,750 ordinary shares of 29 16/21 pence in BBA Aviation plc;

Lady Lesley Rudd (wife of Sir Nigel) acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 29 16/21 pence in BBA Aviation plc; and

Astara Management Limited (a person connected to Sir Nigel) acquired 1,500 shares of 29 16/21 pence in BBA Aviation plc.

The shares were acquired at 202.475 pence per share on 4 March 2016.

Sir Nigel's total beneficial holding and that of his connected persons following this notification is 221,450 shares.
