Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 18 November 2014, Simon Gibson, Director of the Company's subsidiary Atkinson Bolton Consulting Limited, sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 420 pence per share. Simon Gibson now holds a beneficial interest in 170,531 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.84% of the Company's issued share capital.

Also on 18 November 2014, James Bolton, Director of the Company's subsidiary Atkinson Bolton Consulting Limited, sold 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 420 pence per share. James Bolton now holds a beneficial interest in 464,252 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.29% of the Company's issued share capital.
