Huntsworth plc, the global public relations and healthcare communications group, has been informed that on 14 September 2010 John Farrell, Independent Non-Executive Director, transferred for nil consideration 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to a person unconnected with the Company in order to satisfy a divorce settlement.

Mr Farrell's holding in Huntsworth is currently 192,000 shares or 0.07% of the issued class.
