DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
On 3 August 2010 the Directors and PDMRs identified in the table below were granted options by DSG international plc (the Company) over ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each (Shares) in the Company pursuant to the Company's Employee Share Option Plan (the Plan) at an option price of 27.59 pence.
Options granted under the Scheme will vest on 3 August 2013 to the extent that certain performance conditions are satisfied over the performance period of three financial years commencing 2 May 2010. Vested options may be exercised during the period from 3 August 2013 to 2 August 2020.

On 3 August 2010 the Company granted awards over Shares in the Company to the Directors and PDMRs identified in the table below pursuant to the Company's Performance Share Plan. The number of Shares which will be released at the vesting date 3 August 2013, will depend upon the extent to which the performance conditions applicable to these awards are satisfied over the performance period of three financial years commencing 2 May 2010. The performance conditions are measured by reference to the Total Shareholder Return (TSR) achieved by the Company over the performance period with an Earnings Per Share (EPS) underpin.
