The Planhas been approved by the Inland Revenue as a share incentive plan under theIncome Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act 2003. Following the transaction the Trust holds 6,057 ordinary shares, all of whichare held on behalf of eligible employees pursuant to the terms of the Plan.
