UBM plc PURCHASE OF SHARES BY ESOP TRUST The company was notified on 20 August 2013 of dealings in its ordinary sharesof 10 pence each by the Trustee of the UBM Employee Share Ownership Trust,which is a discretionary Trust for the benefit of employees (includingexecutive directors) of the UBM group. Date of transaction: 20 August 2013 Nature of transaction: Purchase of 280,000 shares at an average price of 709.38p per share, with a minimum price of 705.87p and a maximum price of 712.54p. The shares will be used to satisfy awards under UBM's share option andincentive plans.
