Melrose Resources plc (LSE: MRS) ("Melrose") announces the following grant of awards ("Awards") in the form of nil-cost options under the Company's Performance Share Plan ("PSP") on 29 March 2011 at a price of 251.25p, the opening share price of the Company on that day.

4 The notification of these Awards is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
