Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Material Responsibility and Connected Persons
In accordance with Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Schroders plc (the 'Company') was notified on 9 May 2014 of certain transactions by PDMRs in shares of the Company.
