The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or "Company"), the property investment and development group, announces that it was notified on 27 November 2021 that Bimaljit Sandhu, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 45,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Following the purchases, Bimaljit Sandhu holds 4,107,500 ordinary shares, representing 7.8% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
