NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES RULE 3.1.4
Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("the Company") has been notified that on 21 December 2009 Adrian Bushnell, Company Secretary, acquired 1,726 ordinary 30p shares under the Company's Sharesave Scheme at a price of £3.25 per share. Following this transaction, Mr Bushnell's beneficial interest in the Company's shares is 6,773 representing 0.0022% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
