Persimmon PLC05 April 2007 Directors' shareholdings Persimmon plc ("the Company") announces that on 5 April 2007 it was advised thaton the same day, John White, Mike Farley and Mike Killoran executive directorssold the following number of ordinary shares in the Company at an average priceof £14.38 per share and therefore they are no longer beneficially ornon-beneficially interested in such shares. These directors have informed theCompany that they sold these shares in order to settle tax liabilities on therecent vesting of share rights.
