In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company gives notice that it was advised on 14 December 2010 that on 14 December 2010, Nick Read, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, sold 42,000 ordinary shares of US$0.11 3/7 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 169.26p per share. Following this transaction, Nick Read retains a holding of 6,115,326 Ordinary Shares.
