Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tate & Lyle PLC (the "Company") was informed yesterday that William Camp, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired an interest in 400 ordinary 25p shares in the Company ("Shares") on 12 March 2012 by means of the purchase of 100 American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") (one ADR being equivalent to four Shares) on the New York Stock Exchange at a price of 712.18 pence per share (being the equivalent of US$44.54 per ADR using an exchange rate of 1.5635). Mr Camp now holds a total of 800 Shares in the Company.
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
