Directors' Shareholdings
The Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution" or the "Company"), the investment bank and retail fund management group, announces that Capita Share Plan Services (the "Trustee") in its capacity as the trustee of The Evolution Group Plc Employee Share Incentive Plan Trust (the "Plan") on 3 December 2009 purchased 18,720 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Partnership Shares") at a price of 150.00 pence per share and, on 20 October 2009, 10,557 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Dividend Shares") at a price of 148.00 pence per share and that Evolution on 3 December 2009 allocated 18,720 Ordinary shares of 1p each credited as fully paid at 150.00 pence per share to the Trustee as "matching shares" under the terms of the Plan.
The Trustee holds the shares as Nominee for the participants of the Plan.
The total purchase and issue for the Plan included the following shares in respect of certain of its directors:
