Informa PLC ("the Company") announces that on 24 June 2016, David Flaschen, a Non-Executive Director, acquired 1,500 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs") representing 3,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company (0.00046% of the issued share capital of the Company), at a price of $18.10 per ADR.

David Flaschen now holds a total of 3,000 ADRs, representing 6,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in the Company (0.00092% of the issued share capital of the Company). All ADRs are held in the Flaschen Family Trust.

The transaction took place on an OTC basis in the United States.
