UBM plc PURCHASE OF SHARES BY ESOP TRUST The company was notified on 6 March 2014 of dealings in its ordinary shares of10 pence each by the Trustee of the UBM Employee Share Ownership Trust, whichis a discretionary Trust for the benefit of employees (including executivedirectors) of the UBM group. Date of transaction: 6 March 2014 Nature of transaction: Purchase of 100,000 shares at an average price of704.3707p per share, with a minimum price of 699p and a maximum price of708.5p. The shares will be used to satisfy awards under UBM's share option andincentive plans.
