5 September 2005DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDINGThe Company has been notified today of the following dealing in its ordinaryshares of 30 5/14 p:On 5 September 2005 Nigel Wilson, Chief Financial Officer, exercised an optionover 125,000 ordinary shares under the UBM2000 Executive Scheme at an exerciseprice of 277.2 pence per share.
