CALEDONIA INVESTMENTS PLC - GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 29 May 2009 the following options over ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia were granted to executive directors under the Caledonia Investments 2005 Executive Share Option Scheme (the "2005 Scheme"). Caledonia's share price for the purposes of the exercise price of the options was 1446p.
