Midas Capital PLC28 March 2008 28 March 2008 Midas Capital PLC (the 'Company') Director Dealing The Company announces that in order to transfer part of their currentshareholding in the Company into the Intelli Partners plc Executive PensionScheme, Colin Rutherford (Chairman) has today sold 153,000 and Gordon Neilly(Director) has today sold 114,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company('Ordinary Shares') (representing approximately 0.47% of the current issuedordinary share capital of the Company ('Issued Share Capital') at a price of£1.65 per Ordinary Share.
