Herencia Resources PLC22 April 2008 Herencia Resources plc ("Herencia" or the "Company") Notification of Change in Director's Holding Herencia confirms that on 18 April 2008, Charmaine Lobo acquired 500,000ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a priceof 1.08p each. In addition, on 21 April 2008, Charmaine Lobo acquired a further500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.1p per share. Charmaine Lobo is the wife of Michael Bohm, an executive director of theCompany.
