Enterprise Inns PLC13 February 2006 Enterprise Inns plc (the 'Company') Director/PDMR Shareholding On 10th February 2006 the directors/PDMR listed below carried out the followingtransactions in ordinary shares of 5 pence in the Company:- A J Clifford - the exercise of options over 15,456 ordinary shares @ 258p pershare pursuant to the Enterprise Inns 1995 Executive Share Option Scheme(unapproved) and the sale of 13,000 ordinary shares @ 925p per share. W S Townsend - the sale of 1,142 ordinary shares @ 925p per share. G E Tuppen - the sale of 33,810 ordinary shares @ 925p per share.
