NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Notification made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
The Company was notified on 10 March 2015 that on 10 March 2015 Mr Giovanni Giordano, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, purchased 1,000 British American Tobacco p.l.c. American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), represented by 2,000 British American Tobacco p.l.c. ordinary shares (the "Shares"), at a price of US$110.40 per ADR.
Following the above transaction, Mr Giordano has a total beneficial and family interest in 28,763 Shares (including 21,392 Deferred Shares).
